BFF called earlier to tell me that his boss' wife finally had their baby.  He knows about my name obsession so he knew he had to call me immediately.

They named their child:  Kiwi.

Yes, like the fruit.  Or as BFF put it, "that little green fruit that people mix with strawberries."  LOL

Honestly: I have always loved that name. I think it's awesome, and very sweet.

Whether or not I'd ever actually use it...probably not. But I definitely understand wanting to use it. It's on my list.

Oh my lord, my husband has been talking about calling our not even conceived yet child Kiwi as a NN if it's a girl. I can't imagine someone actually naming a child that for real.
