New baby and some names I've been obsessing over

A new baby boy born to a family member of someone I'm Facebook friends with: Ivory David

WDYT? Ivory seems pretty feminine to me.

Also, I've been thinking about some names recently for a totally hypothetical sibset. I'm kind of liking using quirkier middle names with more old fashioned names right now. So here's what I've been thinking of:
Cordelia Wren, Genevieve Lark, and Theodore Knox

Also under consideration is switching Wren and Lark or using True for one of them. Which combinations sound best?

Additionally, I love the name Tristram. I know I didn't really get much positive feedback on it, but I think it would go well in place of Theodore. So, my questions are what are some good quirky boys' names and what would be another good male name to go with Cordelia, Genevieve, and Tristram? You know, just in case I find a guy, can convince him of these names, and still like them when it comes time to naming actual people. ;)

This reminds me of a friend of my husband's who called the baby boy "Indigo" while in utero, as a joke. His wife started doing it too and once the baby was born, they couldn't think of any other name to give him other than "Indigo." I imagine he goes by Indie, mostly, but I also thought it was a somewhat feminine sounding name.

I think Genevieve Wren and Cordelia True sounds nice. I don't really like the wren & lark in a sibset...too matchy for me. Can't help you on the boy names other than to say I prefer Theodore!

Genevieve Wren was my original idea, and the matchy-ness of the middle names was something I've been unsure about. I think my purely hypothetical sibset will probably include True instead of one of the bird names.

Tristram is Shandy. I think also very likely to be confused w Tristan.

Okay, I tried looking up shandy, and all of the sites said it was an alcoholic beverage. Then, I went to peevish (British slang dictionary), and the closest I found was "shan." So just to be clear, you're saying Tristram is unfair and/or embarrassing? I just want to know what kind of negative feedback I'm getting. Heh.

I realize it will probably get confused with Tristan, but I just really love the name. Anyway, like I said, I'm nowhere near putting it on a real person yet, and when you consider the odds of me convincing someone that it's a great name to use and me actually being willing to use such an unusual name, well, it's pretty slim that it will actually happen.

Tobias, Julian, and Thaddeus have all been on my list in the past. I really like August but can't use it. Felix, Benedict, and of course, Theodore are all on my list currently.

Cordelia Lark and Genevieve True is the hypothetical sibset I thought I had settled on the other night, and then I typed something else the very next day here. I think I'm swinging back around to the combinations you said though. I've been a bit unsure about the matching of Lark and Wren.

Ivory sounds like a cat name to me :p

Theodore Knox is pretty cute, though Knox has some negative connotations for me. I really like Wren and Lark as well, they work really well as middle names so give a name a little quirkiness to it :)
