Today at my job I met a little girl named Maesyn, they call her "Mae" 

"Mason" on a girl doesn't irk me, but the spelling makes me twitch.

I don't like the name Mason on anybody (which semi-pains me, because it's my nephew's name), but that is just even worse. They really should have just gone with Mae with this one.

I agree... I didn't once hear her called Maesyn, it was embroidered on her bag. They called her "Mae" the whole time.

Yeah, that makes me want to throw up a little. I used to like Mae (one of my favourite bands several years back) but it's suddenly pretty popular.

Mason on a girl doesn't irk you? :P Mason on a girl is bad. Maesyn is pretty bad too. At least they cal her Mae.
