My friend was talking about her extended family the other day and mentioned Amelianne, no middle name. I was just wondering what people thought? I don't tend to like names like this over much, but I can't make up my mind about Amelianne, it has a bit of flow and a nice ring to it. Still, not sure I'd use it...

I don't think I like it very much. I look at it, and I think it's ugly, but then I say it, and it's kind of pretty. I definitely wouldn't use it, though, it's not my style.

That's exactly my problem with it! I like the sound but there's no way of spelling it in a way I find nice.

I want to pronounce it Amelia-Anne, so it feels incomplete to me. I'm not a fan of smushed names.

Awful. I keep saying it like chameleon without the 'ch'. Smushed names are so odd.
