Good:
Grace – Trendy but I like it.
Ramona – This is really different but tolerable.
Johanna – I had a teacher named this. It made her seem distinguished.
Georgia – I’m a Dead Like Me fan.
Hazel – I really like this name.
Sadie – It’s nice.

Don't like:
Belle – Too Beauty and the Beast.
Britain – It just doesn’t strike me as a good name.
Amity – Same as above.
Mary K/Mary Kay – reminds me of the makeup
Angel – Too cutesy
Constantina – Sounds made up
Cherry – Sounds like a stripper name
Magnolia – Meh.
Alberta – This just just isn’t pretty. Like Bertha.


Boys
Good:
William/ David/ Joseph/ Frank – These are the proper versions of the nicknames. Good choices.
Ruben – Kind of new and interesting.
Jackson/ Jack – I really like Jack.
Christian – This is nice.
Sam – Always a good name.

Don't like:
Hollis – I like this for girls but not boys because it reminds me of Holly.
Billy/ Davey/ Willie/ Joe/ Joey/ Frankie – These are nicknames… not something that should appear on a birth certificate.
Albert/ Henry/ George/ Lenny/ Percy/ Ira/ Charlie – Seem like grandpa names
Remus/ Silvio/ Angeles/ Augustine – They’re just too much
