Today I met a called called Aravie (ar-uh-VEE). Thoughts? It seemed odd to me at first, but sort of pretty at the same time. :o

I know a little girl called Aravie but they pronounce it ah-REE-vee and use the nns Ari and occasionally Vi. I believe they originally chose it so they could use the nn Evie but it never stuck. I like it regardless of the pronunciation but probably only because I associate it with that little girl.

It feels clunky to me, and no one will ever know how to pronounce it as that spelling doesn't fit how it's sounded out.
