I'm also a Nicole, middle name is Gabrielle. I have always been 'Nicole,' with no real nickname, though my brother & one circle of friends calls me Cole and a few select people call me Niki.

I've never *really* wanted to change my name, but during the 96 Olympics, I loved the name Dominique and asked my mother why I wasn't named something more exotic. This was after having 5 other girls named Nicole in my 5th grade class.
