I am Alyssa Jeane. I have never wanted a different name because I was almost always the only Alyssa in my class (at least until college, then there were a lot of Alyssa's at my college). I always thought I was the only one with my first name and last name, but I found a girl in New Jersey who has the same name and boy was I disappointed. I liked thinking I was the only one. I get a lot of people who mispronounce my name. I get Melissa, Alicia, Elijah and even Lois ( at least on the phone).
