Aug. 15th, 2012 09:27 pmA girl I went to school with named her daughter Tenley. I heard it was a name off The Bachelorette(?), but I dunno if that was the mother's inspiration or not. In any case, ew.
A girl I work with has a daughter Kylie and a son Kingston. Ew, ew.
And some people I work with: Morgan (f) Rosaline, April, Dylan, Jeremy, Darrio, Renee, Joshua, Nicole, William, Amanda, Roger,Susan, Carrie, Alexis, Juliette and Alexander...
Renee's middle name is Ethel, which I like because it reminds me of I Love Lucy!

Date: 2012-08-16 01:49 am (UTC)Kylie and Kingston are both ok. I'm not crazy about either one, but they aren't as out there as a lot of names nowadays.
Ugh! Ethel is a family name for us and I hate it. So does my poor oldest sister who got saddled with it as a middle name. It was also my grandmother's name and my mother's middle name.

Date: 2012-08-16 01:57 am (UTC)Kylie sounds really juvenile. Kingston isn't so bad.
Morgan - I prefer on males
I like Joshua, William, and Roger to varying degrees.

Date: 2012-08-16 02:07 am (UTC)I kind of secretly like Kingston but I'd never use it myself. I had a coworker who had a Signe (pronounced it Sig-ney, which isn't correct and that bugged me) and a Kingston.
I really love Morgan, Rosaline, William, Juliette, and Ethel.
