H or no H?

How do you guys feel about names where the H is optional? Like:

Lea(h)
Sara(h)
Hanna(h)

I personally feel like it looks and feels unfinished if there is no H. But is it also due to cultural differences?

Lia is pretty! I think it's a good solution to the Lea-Lee problem.
