well, usually people give some context but I guess it doesn't really matter.
My thoughts are I don't like any of those because I don't care for "creative" spellings.
I'm sure they actually are listed on baby name sites, only as:
Nicholas
Lamont
Alastair
Cayman

Khayman is the only made up name, spelling wise.
The others are spelled according to their country's interpretation of the name:

Niklas ~ Swedish. They also have a Nikolaus.

Altair ~ Greek

Lemont ~ Old French / Scandinavian [though admittedly it is a variation of Lamont]
