She is probably the late in life, "oh sh**!" baby

Carney just makes me think of burly men manning rides.

Yikes! I'm already not a fan of using the same first initial for your kids, but if you're going to do it, at least do it with ALL of them. Hence why each time I've had a baby, the first initial of my other kids gets taken off the list of possibilities. For example, I have a D and an E and when I got pregnant this time, I didn't consider any D or E names because I didn't want to have an odd one out.

I've never liked the idea of naming sibsets with the same letter. Where I work there's a customer with, I think, four kids:

Lily
Logan
Lauren
...and Kayla.

There might be more, but I kind of lose count because her children like to disperse themselves around the shop and all I can hear is the mother's voice shouting, "Lily!" and then "Logan!" and then "Lauren!" and "Kayla!" I think she might have five actually; I think she's got a buggy she pushes around with her. Not sure of the name, though.

I don't particularly like "Cassidie" spelled that way, even though I do quite like the name Cassidy. But the worst thing, to me, is the extra L in Carllie. o.O

I like the name Cassidy, for a girl. But that spelling is not my thing at all.

A few of those could do with a tweak to the spelling. Don't like Carney at all.

Is Rochelle the youngest? I know someone online who has:
Ariole
Felicia
Arnie
and is pregnant with a baby girl who she plans to call Annaleise. I can't help but think that makes Felicia the odd one out, but she was the 2nd child so it's not like the A-name fad was a "thing" before she arrived.
