I bet Vi-lily. I would like it better if it did the polish thing and turned into a W so it was Wa-lily.

I had an old coworker named Vasilisi and I never found out how to pronounce it but it bothered me.

I also had a coworker named Silke and I never figured out whether it was pronounced "silk" or "sil-kee" or 'seelk". Her last name was German so maybe it's a German name.

I am pretty sure Silke is pronounced Silk-a, at least that's how I have heard a lady named Silke pronounce it.
