Nina Camille - It's ok, not my favorite, but very doable!

Sylvia Claire - Love it! Classic, non trendy!

Sylvia Mae - I like it, but like Sylvia Claire a lot more.

Giuliana Grace - I like Giuliana - prefer it with a J spelling. Not sure if you are in the US though so the G spelling might be more prevalent where you are. I don't care for Grace. IMO, it's way overused to the point of being a filler middle name.

Giuliana Mae - Better then Grace.

Ava Grace - UBER trendy. I think I know at least 3 Ava Grace's under the age of 5. Yawn.

Ava Camille - Again, not a fan of trenda Ava, but I like it with Camille more than Grace.

I voted for Giuliana Grace because I love the sound and look of it best, but I also loved Sylvia Claire and Nina Camille. I think those three are awesome.

Sylvia Claire and Sylvia Mae are my favorites! I love the nickname Sylvie, so that's probably why. :)
