Brand new sib-set
Feb. 13th, 2012 11:20 amMy mum just came to tell me that one of the little girls she childminds is now a big sister. Her name is Emily and her newborn baby sister is Holly.
WDYT?
My mum and I agreed that we're not huge fans of the set as Emily is very classic and Holly is more modern sounding. Separately, they're lovely names but I don't adore them together. Might be partly the Y sound but my sister and I are both As at the end of our names and I think our sib-set works.

My friend has a Stephanie and is talking about Emily if she had another baby. I think that sounds better. Both classic names, both three syllables, both sound good together.
