Name Combo Game Redux!

A few months ago, we played The Name Combo Game, and I was just wondering if anyone wanted to try it again.  A lot of you probably know how it works, but for anyone who came in after Spotlight week:

You list a set of first names and a set of middle names, and other commenters pair them together, like this:

Firsts:
Ryan
August
Jake
Ellis
Noah

Middle:
Stephen
Lucas
Henry
Brady
Victor

Someone might suggest Ryan Henry, Ellis Brady, August Victor, etc., and say "I prefer Jacob to Jake, what do you think of the spelling Lukas?", etc.

I do pronounce it MY-low. It's one of the few male Italian names that I like (my dad is Italian). Boyfriend and I both think of Milo Ventimiglia (Heroes and Gilmore Girls). I've never heard of Milo Gervais and Google is not enlightening me.

Milo Gervais isn't a celebrity or anything. It's a name I had on my name list while I was pregnant, that was rejected by everybody but me.

Milo Ventimiglia was where I got the name from too! I heard his name pronounced as ME-low, first time I've heard it as anything but My-low. I thought it was great. I was all alone in that though. Just wasn't meant to be.
