Dec. 21st, 2011 03:42 pmLylian.
Confirmed it was pronounced Lilian.
Another thing:
I have noticed 2 people I am acquaintances with named their sons "Topher". Not Christopher, just Topher. Curious about your thoughts on that...

Date: 2011-12-21 11:47 pm (UTC)On to your question, I've never even heard of that name. Not sure I like it myself, I think it would take some getting used to. Who knows though, maybe they have relatives named "Christopher" and they wanted something similar but not exactly the same? I'm all for new spellings and derivations. :)

Date: 2011-12-22 01:43 am (UTC)I really dislike Topher, as it just makes me think of gophers... Also, I just think it sounds goofy. =/

Date: 2011-12-23 07:56 am (UTC)I'm actually kind of OK with Topher. If people can use Liam or Jack to whatnot by themselves, why not Topher :) The rhyming with Gopher doesn't bother me.
