Benjamin is one of my all time favorite names. I think it sounds nice with Asher although I'm not a big fan of that name..

Caleb Eli doesn't flow very well IMO.

Benjamin Asher is very handsome. I absolutely love the combo! Asher Isaac was on our list, but Asher is just getting so popular in our area. Benjamin is still our #1 boy's name.

I much prefer Caleb to Kaleb. Caleb Eli is nice.

I love Benjamin Asher.

I'd go with Caleb over Kaleb -- a more conventional spelling and honestly, it's the same name, but Kaleb is going to constantly have to correct people. Caleb Eli is cute; Caleb Elijah would be even better.

Of the two, I like Benjamin Asher better.

I am more a fan of the middle names but Benjamin Asher has a nice flow to it. I really hate the nickname Benny for some reason and Caleb is just a name I really dislike.

oddly, prefer the hebrew asher to american asher when paired with benjamin (normally i prefer the american).

not a fan of caleb eli; i don't think they flow well. i think in my warped mind caleb starts and ends with a strong consonant sound, and eli is mostly vowels.

I like the name Ben, but don't like Benjamin. If I have a boy, I plan on naming him Bennet, so I can still use Ben. I love Asher. I don't love K/Caleb or Eli. Caleb sounds whimpy to me and we used to have a dog named Eli so I associate it with dogs. lol

The first names are my two favorite boy names! (Given Caleb is spelled with a C). I'm neutral to positive on the middles.

We, however, are not using them (even though my husband really likes them too) because my husband has not one, not two, but four (FOUR!) cousins who named their kids Caleb. We weren't about to be the fifth. And we like Ben as a nickname but our last name is a short one syllable name that begins with B and they just sound stupid together even though they are nice on their own.
