I think it is cute but I think it can be done more subtly.

I'm a Megan Ann. That is sort of like if you flipped it Isabella Bella. It is like when you repeat yourself under your breath on accident.

Or maybe it is more like Isabella Ella...and then that just sounds like a Rhiana song.
