I think Kyan is a made up, modern spelling. Behind the Name doesn't have it listed and they tend to be more accurate, I believe. Kian is listed as a modern, English variant of Cian. Name Nerds doesn't have Kyan either and they focus on Irish/Scottish/Welsh names. They only show Cian or the anglicization Kean(e). It can be said KEE-an, as you said, or as KEEN. I prefer Cian. I was saying Kyan as Ryan with a K.
