Well I feel a little silly writing this as I'm neither expecting or planning on having any babies any time soon. But coming up with baby names has always been a little guilty pleasure of mine, usually scribbled on scraps of paper & stashed away in secret so no-one accidently reads them and laughs! But my boyfriend and I were talking about it the other day so I thought I'd make a post and see what everyone thinks :)

For no good reason other than background information, our names are Eleanor Jane & John-Paul and we're both Welsh.

I used to love the name Achilles too although everyone would tell me I was mad to name a child that... & I guess they are most probably right!

Boy: No idea! I can't decide whether I like Ethan, Caleb or Aaron best.

Arabel - Very pretty, I don't think I've ever heard that before.
Arwen - NMS at all. Makes me think of an elf. Sorry! lol

Anais - Never heard it before, NMS.
Eloise - Very pretty
Tanith - Makes me think Tanner, which is a boys name, IMO
Daphne - NMS, but pretty
Ruth - I love Ruth as a middle name but not a first

My goddaughter is named Tallulah. I think it's a great name and she absolutley lives up to it. The only think I will say is her parents found out early on that it is hard to shorten - she gets called Lula or Talu - not the prettiest of nicknames!

I've always heard it pronounced Ann-eye-ees, but then I would personally spell it with the dieresis: Anaïs. I actually really like most of your names, even if I wouldn't use them myself, so...congrats for picking good names!
