One of my students has a younger sister (who is 2 1/2) named Gabriella- his Mom just had a new baby boy and named him Gabriel.
I like both names separately but just keep thinking 'she must really love those names.'

LOL I basically had this exact same thought. Doing that to your kids is just...weird. O_o

Even better, my neighbor has two sons. Robert and Trebor...which is Robert backwards. And the father's name is also Robert.

I know a family with kids named Angel (boy), Angelica (girl), and Mikayla (girl). The father's name is Miguel Angel, so that explains the origin, but I still think it was a rather strange choice.

I went to high school with a family of kids whose names started with "Nat". There were probably six of them, and they had almost the same name. Boys and girls.

The realtors I bought my first house from were Skye and Sam. Their three kids were Sam Jr, Samantha and Skylar.

These at least are two different children. In our newspaper where they list the newborns in our region I found this name for one little girl: Emily Emilia. I think that's a really stupid desicion.

My mum once taught twins called Jacob and Jacoba....

Oh, and I worked with a Claudette, whose twin brother was Claude.

Seriously....

To me that just seems like they couldn't be bothered to put in the effort to think of another name they likes. I think twins with the same letter can be sweet, but the same name with one letter difference...really? :|
