We were strongly considering Nolan if this kid (I'm pregnant with) is a boy... but I'm starting to worry it's too trendy sounding and gaining in popularity fast. :(

Lottie was my paternal grandmother's actual name, not a nickname. I've always found that strange, but as I grow older I think it's pretty can stand on its own.

I think this is a beautiful combination, but it also amuses me because grandmother's name is Rosalie and her stepmother's name was Grace (Grandma was poisoned against her stepmom by her uber-German maiden aunts, so she held a bit of a grudge).

I love Nolan Alexander, and I have Derek Samuel on my list! For your girls I love Nora Elizabeth, I really love the Nora spelling as opposed to Norah, I think it's so much more feminine and beautiful without the "h." I also think Lottie and Rosalie are really cute!
