I know of a couple with a young son named Teagan. They named him that because they like Tigger the cartoon character. I thought it was a girl's name. I am not too crazy about it either.

Behindthename says it's feminine and masculine, but I've only heart it on girls IRL. I don't like it for either, tbh.

I don't quite get how Teagan = Tigger? Either way, terrible name.

I have a family friend named Teagan who is female so I never would have guessed it to be a masculine name.

I worked with a boy called Teagan, but he said it "Tay-gun" and it really worked on him.

Not a fan of Teagan. I've seen it spelled Teegen and Teagan and Teegan, and on both sexes. I guess I kind of think of it as unisex? Sort of? Although Keegan seems to be squarely a boy's name, I think. I really dislike it either way.

Do they call him Tigger?

There's a man in the game called Dragon Age named Teagan, and it's the only Teagan I've ever known, so. I think of it as masculine.
