Adele v. Adelle?

it seems more 'complete' the latter way but I think the former is the correct way.

no, not pregnant. but I ran out of girl names this last time...

I prefer the former - Adelle is just a little too frothy for me.

Adele is the proper spelling.

Adele, absolutely. The second L is entirely unnecessary.

I had suggested the name to my husband last time and he said "Adelle? Like the computer... A Dell"

Because of that, I say Adele, at least it looks less like the computer! Still like the name and will suggest it again if the need ever arises and I'll also point out the singer since he's a fan, lol;)

Adele makes me want to say "ah-de-le", 3 syllables. I know Adele is the "right" way but it just looks wrong to me. I definitely prefer Adelle. I don't think the extra L is unnecessary, quite the opposite to me it makes it look the way it's supposed to be pronounced. Because in Adele, the last e just looks unnecessary.

Adelle actually just looks all wrong to me, like someone threw an extra letter in there. I'd say stick with just Adele, for sure. The root of it only involves one L, and I think it just looks better with one only.

Both are correct. I think Adelle looks so much prettier and is less likely to be mispronounced.

Seeing other people's answers, I think I might prefer Adele, but seeing them side by side, Adelle looks softy and pretty and Adele looks sharp-edged and utilitarian.

That's kinda why I like it too - Adele seems stronger than Adelle. I like girls' names that are feminine but still strong and perhaps a little sharp.
