I grabbed all of my names from SSA so that I knew they were in the top 1000 for 1940, however, I was curious how other people thought they fit in with the names established by fandom.

Angela Marie? Whoa, 70s flashback.

If you hadn't said they were popular in the 1940s, I would've said Dominick and Juliana fit, they seem different in style.

I was a little surprised at how traditional the name is.

I was worried that if I picked just names I liked it would wind up being obvious what era I had written it in, so I did research on the names, and I was surprised at how modern some of the names/spellings seemed.
