I like Theo, and while I typically prefer using full names, even if you intend to only call someone by a nickname, Theo is strong enough to stand on its own if that is what you really like.

Love Theo...Although I prefer it in French, Théo (Tay-oh). I prefer short one to two syllables names so I think it definitely stands on its own.

I like Theo. It seems strong enough on its own, but I like it better as a nickname for Theodore, mainly because I think it's nice when people have options with their names. If someone was named Theo there aren't really any other names he could go by, but if someone is named Theodore he could go by that, or Theo, or Ted, Teddy, etc. I always wished my name had nickname options like that.

I like Theo, and I do like it on it's own but it's not a name I would personally use as it's own name. I would feel like it was a nickname and needed a full name for it.
