The other day I came here to report a new baby boy in my family named Graysen Jeremy. Today another cousin had a baby and it seems my generation in the family has gone the trendy route.

My cousin Carol and her husband Mike welcomed baby Paisley Carolyn (Carolyn is not a definite- my mother wasn't sure) to the world.

My third cousin who is expecting has already announced the names- her twins will be Emily and Matthew, joining brother James. Thank youuu.

ETA- Paisley's middle name is spelled Carolin.

I love the name Paisley & didn't realize it's trendy... but it does seem off the beaten path a bit too much for me to actually use it.

I love Paisley & Graysen (sp -son) but I'm biased because it's my son's middle name. Jeremy & Carolyn are NMS but I think are nice. I feel like Paisley & Graysen are too matchy-matchy, even for cousins, though I don't know how close they are...

Matthew and Emily are nice enough, and I really like James. I knew a family that had a Matthew and an Emily, but the third child was Zachary. I think James goes better.
