Benjamin is my favorite boy's name, and I love Jude, Joshua, and Lewis. The other's, I've never been a fan of, some of them, from personal association.

Jude: I like it. I feel like it's a little trendy at the moment, but not in a skyrocketing kind of way.
Joshua: Joshua is fine, but a little too boring for my taste
Benjamin: Same as for Joshua
Lucas: I'm really not a fan of Lucas, but it's not a bad name
Lewis: I like Lewis! I think it's a little different without being weird
Kieran: I like Kieran, too. It sounds and looks pretty.
Riley: I'm not a fan of Riley, because I can't picture it on anyone older than 12.
Zack: See Joshua.

In short, Jude, Lewis and Kieran are my favorites.

I know what you mean about the "I can't picture it on anyone over 12" thing. I met an adult Tyler (about 30ish) and it was the weirdest thing. I feel the same thing about Riley.

I like Lucas and Joshua, it's my husband's name. I have a niece named Riley and it will now be a girl's name no matter what. I'm pretty indifferent about the others. I don't hate any of them.

I'm a teacher's aide so I always know of some little hellcat with almost every name! I also like classic types of names. My favorites from your list are:

Jude - I like it.
Joshua - I like it, but it is really popular right now.
Benjamin - I like it. I think the nickname Ben is nice, but I also really like the nn Jamie for it.
Lucas - There's nothing wrong with the name; it's just not one I've ever particularly cared for.
Lewis - Lewis is nice, but that spelling makes me think of the last name. I looove Louis though.
Kieran - It's okay. I prefer the Ciaran spelling. I used to really like the name, but it's sort of lost its shine for me.
Riley - I don't care for it. I think it's difficult for it to age well. Also, many people think of it as a girls' name now, especially with that spelling. I prefer the spelling Reilly, if you're going to use it for a boy.
Zack - It seems unfinished. I think it's nice to give kids longer forms of names, as they might prefer the option, especially when they get into the professional world. That said, Zachary isn't a name I particularly care for, although I do think Zachariah is pretty cool.

jude - neutral, makes me think of the beatles
joshua - one of my fave names, I think it's very strong and masculine
benjamin - like Joshua, really like it
lucas - another of my faves, esp nn Luke
lewis - not so keen on it but it's not too popular so that's a plus
kieran - I like the way it sounds, I think it's very strong and classic, but I hate the way it looks. I can't pinpoint why.
riley - it's not bad but I think of it more as a girl's name even though I only know one person with it, a boy
zack - makes me think of Saved By The Bell, so a goofy blonde surfer, very American

Love Jude, Benjamin and Lucas. Kieran and Riley are definitely my least favorite and I'm ok with Louis, Joshua and Zack, although I'd have Zack be a nn for Isaac or something and I don't like Lewis spelled that way.

I like all except Lewis. And it's not that I dislike Lewis (although I prefer the spelling of Louis), it's just not a name I would ever use.
I would use any of the other names. I like Kieran, Jude, and Riley especially.
