With Wilfred, all I can think about is that show (that I really wanted to like, but it's just too gross for my taste) about that guy who sees the dog as a man in a dog suit while everyone else just sees a dog. So, in short, Wilfred now makes me think of a gross man in a dog suit. :(

Cipahporn Le'Van = WTF? Sip-ah-porn? Cy-pah-porn? I have no idea.

Also, the use of apostrophes in many of the names in this list make me want to cry a bit.
Does anyone know if the use of apostrophes in names (such as those seen in this post) are legitimate in a language or languages and what those languages are? Or are they basically just sounds which people squash together with some apostrophes and the occasional real word/recognised name? It's just not very common to see in my country (New Zealand) so I don't know much about it.
