Hubby is now suggesting Teagan for our girl's name, I'm not too sure about it. What do you think? Middle name would be Rose after my Aunt.
Last name is Crosbie


I'm having a REALLY hard time coming up with a girl's name that I absoutely love. I feel like all the names I like are SO overused, I don't want her to have to be Ava C. Any suggestions?

I really like Lydia right now.

The only Tegan I've ever heard of is from Tegan and Sara (Canadian band). I like it, Teagan Rose Crosbie is really cute. (I checked babynames.com and they say that it was most popular in 2009 and it only hit like 275, so it's not that trendy/overused as far as I can tell!)

Honestly, I've never liked Teagan. I just don't think it sounds cute. It KIND OF looks appealing, but it's always been kind of "annoying" to me.

Lydia is okay, but I love Tegan! Just like someone else mentioned it makes me think of Tegan from Tegan and Sara, and that is a great association for me.

Teagan is cute. Hard to imagine on an adult, but by the time our kids are adults...having the name Teagan will be perfectly normal. :) I think I prefer the Tegan spelling though.

Teagan is so hideous, especially when placed next to the beautiful names you have been kicking around prior to this one. If you don't absolutely love it, don't use it.
