hubby has a friend named Lydia(not a close friend and we hardly ever see her), so I don't know if it would be weird to use it but I like it a lot.

Date: 2011-08-19 08:50 am (UTC)We like a lot of classic names and a lot of them pop up in our group of friends. We had David picked out for our first baby (had a girl) and we actually have a very lose friend named David and a few less close friends with the same name... didn't even occur to me to that it might be an issue. One of our favorite girls' names was the name of one of my husband's girlfriends. "David's" middle name would've been the name of two of my exes, on of our good friends, and my brother's middle name.
