The last set, "Why Why why ??" And surely the extra S's are unnecessary? Jaxon - Jaxyn, Alexis - Alexys could've worked too, it just feels so awkward.

These are terrible. I like the sib-set if their names were spelled properly: Riker, Caitlin (or Caitlyn), Jaxon and Alexis. That actually looks/sounds cute.
