Wallace is different.. in a good way. It's not heard too often, but has the same 'feel' as trendy surnames, but it's not.

Of course, an Esther/Wallace sibset sound like a geriatric couple. But still.. I like them. =)

Ooh, Henry is definitely one of my very favorite male names.
Unfortunately everyone in my family (including my fiance) hates it.

Marla is my aunt's name. I really like that. She is a twin. Marla Kay and Carla Fay. I actually have a few twins in my family. All with matchy names like that. Lavonne and Lavonda, Marla and Carla. There's another set of twins but they're distant relatives and I can't remember their names right now.. Hmm.

henry is a wonderful name. i think it goes beyond old people. i knew a kid my age named henry who primarily went by hank. i prefer hal as a nn.

the only twins i know of in my family were my mother and aunt (neither of which i know...) named sherry (mom) and michelle... and some second cousins or something named connor and alexis. i think they are just starting junior high.

lucille: Lucy is good, but I don't like Lucille. It's one of the only "old lady" names that I think doesn't translate well.

I pretty much don't like "old" female names so that takes out a lot of your list. I love Penelope and Scarlet but I like it spelled Scarlett. Violet is ok but makes me think of the girl from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

I like Patrick and Eli but prefer Eli to be a NN for Elijah or something. Morgan is a girl's name to me because all the Morgan's I've ever known have been girls.
