This is probably kind of dumb, but I need help! We've had this cat for a couple months now and never named her. We're taking her to the vet tomorrow because we discovered she's pregnant, and the vet asked for a name to call her by. We can't think of a single name that sounds good. So help me out, name gurus! We have no preferences as far as whether it's a traditional human or pet name.

Oohhh, I think that's better than my suggestion! It's like, that's what I was trying to think of/convey, and couldn't think of it.

I had a dog we never named until we took him to the vet, we named him Junior. I had another dog that I never really named, she had a couple of names but I would never call her the same name in a row. Her names were Baby Girl, Honey, Chicka, and Fido.

I would name the cat Queenie!

I like Sheeba. Whatever you do don't name it a people name! My first dog was Sam and so is my husband! He wanted to name our first child Sam the Fourth, but I just couldn't do it! I'd only t hink of the dog.

our neighbor two houses down has a cat named Sarah and a dog named Sam. the neighbor in between is named Sam and my name is Sarah. So... when she yells at her animals, it sounds like she might be yelling at the neighbors...

I worked for a vet, and we had animals that were unnamed. We'd just make a label that said CAT LASTNAME or DOG LASTNAME, etc. and then we'd make another one when they named the animal. :)

You've had her for a couple months but she still doesn't have a name...? What did you call her? Just "cat"?

i might be getting a diluted tortie named molly. i want to rename her dolly after my great-grandma.
