Create a Sib Set!!

It's a slow Saturday in my house and I wanted to have some fun so I turn to you, baby_names for some of it. I want to hear what sib set you would create based on my son's name. We're not trying for #2 until next year ish, but I like names and figured some of you may bite. 

DS is Nolan Grayson and last name is Ogden (ahg-den).

I know 2 Nolans.

One has two sisters, named Abbey and Callie. One has a brother and sister, Nathan and Catherine.

Personally I think it's hard to find other names that go well in a sibset with Nolan, so I decided to go ahead and consult The Baby Name Wizard (the book not the site), which suggests: Katie, Elise, Claire, Kelsey, Audrey, Mason, Spencer, Nathan, Davis, and Clayton... none of which I really like besides Claire.

I think that's the issue I'm seeing as well... I do like a few in that list (Kelsey, Audrey {on my list, actually}, Spencer), though we have a cousin in the same generation who is a Claire.

I do think it's a really nice name... Just maybe if you're thinking of only having one child, lol.

I have been brainstorming for you. It's been driving me crazy not to have recommendations. After much consideration, here are some siblings for Nolan:
Amber
Ava
Brenna
Holly
Mallory
Mia
Tara

Adrian
Avery
Brennan
Corey
Ethan
Ian
Riley

I guess the reason boys' names are harder for me is that Nolan Grayson Odgen is a lot of -an sounds and I tend to like a lot of girls' names with that sound. Not to say it's not a perfectly masculine name, because it is, but it's hard to match that without going over the top matchy like Nolan and Nathan.

I hear you on the -an sounds... I was afraid it would be too much, but this was *literally* the only name we could 100% agree on. *sigh*

Ava, Avery & Ian have been on my list for ages... I *think* DH likes Ava too, but he's not a fan of the either 2 =\

Another idea I had was Blaire as a middle name for a girl, since you like Claire but can't use it.

I like that. I never think of names like Claire/Blaire until someone else mentions them O_o
