Was she Hispanic? I've heard Concepcion as a name in Latin American culture.

Nope. Thats why it suprised me. She looked caucasian, however she could have something perhaps hidden in her that we just couldnt see perhaps

I have some acquaintances from Argentina that look white as can be (as do a lot of people there). So maybe it's a family/cultural name. But it does seem very weird if it isn't.
