Which spelling?
Today, I sent my husband a new list of names I compiled while looking on Nymbler.com. He called to tell me our name debate is over, HaHa! He loved one of the names on the list, but he didn't specify which spelling he liked.
Just for fun/out of curiousity, which spelling do you prefer?
Talmage or Talmadge?

I often think of names the way my kids think of names. If my 7 year old, who is just about the least snarky kid ever, would side eye it, I worry about the kid's future on the playground.

Pronounced TAL-madge or TAL-mage. I guess some might pronounce those slightly different when spelled a specific way. When I say them out loud they sound the same to me though HaHa.

..I only use one "l" because when broken up, with two, I automatically want to say "tall" (as in height) and draw out the "l" sound, where as I pronoune "tal" as rhyming with "al"..if that makes sense, HaHa.
Glad not everyone dislikes it. ;) Though now with that explanation of pronunciation you might not like it anymore, HaHa.
Even if no one on here does like it, that's ok, hubby and I like it. :)
