I read it Rah like the egyptian Sun God Ra, but I prefer Ravi (RAH-vee), which is an indian name meaning "sun"

I adore the name Ravi too.

Ra ... it sounds ok until I think of the sound effect... "rraaaaar!" like a lion.
I also immediately think of the Egyptian sun god

I'd even consider using Ravi, but here in Italy it would immediately become "Ravioli" :/
