I met a pair of fraternal twins today, about age 7 or so. The girl was named Hannah, and the boy was named...Witt.

Witt/Whit will always remind me of Baby Geniuses. I liked it when that movie came out but now I really hate that name.

Witt makes me think of Whitney - that was my friend in HS. It just doesn't feel like it could be a full name to me.

I've never seen Baby Geniuses.

Whitney used to be much more common as a boys name and Whit/Witt was a very common nickname. I like through backs. Now, if they were aiming for a virtue name and misspelled it, I will be sad LOL

I think it's nice, it's not really my style though.

Meh. Hannah is fine, but so ubiquitous. Witt reminds me of Walt Whitman, so I actually kind of like it. A bit pretentious maybe, but better than a lot of names out there. They aren't too shabby together.
