babynamesThe baby is now three weeks old and they've changed their mind about the spelling of the middle name (which most of you didn't like). The new spelling is Jaqualin.

my initial thought is that the new way is going to be harder for her to learn to spell, but it does look more feminine.

Date: 2006-07-24 10:55 pm (UTC)The street I grew up on was Jacqueline.. so I have a hard time accepting it any other way. Jaclyn is not bad though.
Jacklynn was 'different' and a bit of an annoying spelling. Jaqualin looks more like 'Ja-kwa-lin' instead of 'Jac-uh-lin' or 'Jac-lin' and is just bad IMO.
