Dec. 14th, 2010 01:56 pmWhat do you think of having two first names like, say, Rose Felicia? Would a middle name be overkill in that case? Is it too much of a mouthful to say?
I have this weird nagging fear that if I were to name my hypothetical daughter something like this, she wouldn't be able to bubble in her first name during tests. You know, like on electron sheets in school. yeah, idk. :\

Date: 2010-12-14 07:56 pm (UTC)My name is Stephanie, and I wasn't able to fill it all in on standardized tests. My first name always became Stepha, in those cases. It's the last name that's the bigger deal in those situations, anyway. I imagine it would suck to have a hyphenated last name...

ETA: I think a middle name might be overkill. The 2 I know with the hyphenated names do not have middle names. The Sarah Beth's that I knew, didn't have middle names either...unless Beth was technically a middle name, but they went by both first and middle names...
