I like Ayla the best of those because I love the Earth's Children series! I think Riley is my least favorite, that seems more like a pet's name (sorry!).

I like Elliana.

Aaliyah is nice, but the extra a and h at the end make it look strange (even though I know that's how the singer spelled it and all, it just looks strange). I know a girl named Aliya.

Ayla is okay, but not my style.

I like Lily as a nickname, but not as a full name.

Riley sounds like a dog's name. It's used way too often nowadays, and I can't stand it.

Love Elliana, Lillie is okay, I don't care for the rest.

I don't like any of them. I really dislike Riley. Lillie should be Lilian w/ the nn Lily in my opinion. But then again, that name is VERY popular right now. Ayla is... ok. I'm not sure what to think of it. I like Elijah though!

My suggestions:

Elise
Annalise
Ada
Leah/Lea/Lia
Emma
Emmeline
Audrey
Aria
Lila (pronounced Lie-luh)
Ivy
Ruby
Eva
Eleanor (nn Ellie, Elle, Norah, etc.)
Eliza
Isla
Lydia
Aurora
Piper
Ellen (nn Ellie or Elle)
Adeline (nn Addie)
Lola
Brynn
Anya
Abigail
Willow

Elijah is fantastic.

Of your girl names, I think Lily is beautiful, but I would spell it Lily, not Lillie. Spelling it Lillie just looks kind of weird, honestly, and no one will spell it correctly.

When my husband and I were coming up with names for our second daughter, we really liked Ayla. (you pron. with a long A, right?) We settled on Aven, though. :)

Elliana is similar to our girl name that we've picked which is Ellia :)

I'm also due in may (14 weeks!) You should join May 2011 due date group!

I like Lillie, but prefer it spelled as Lily.

I put your list of names into Nymbler.com and some of the suggestions were:

-Amelia
-Sophie
-Sophia
-Chloe
-Claire

These are all more old-fashioned names and you seem to be into the more modern ones, so they might not be your style but I thought I'd just give you some suggestions anyway.

Congratulations, by the way :) And I hope this helps.

Not a fan of Riley for girls. I like Ayla.

It was a male name for hundreds of years, came into use for girls mostly in the 1990s.

Lillie and Elliana are okay. I dislike this spelling of Lily though- it looks weird, imo.
Riley is also okay, but...I don't think it sounds very nice on girls. =/
Elijah is great. =)
