What do you think of this sibset I know?

Matthew (Matt)
Andrew (Andy)
Phillip (Phil)
Charlotte (Charlie)
Thomas (Thom)
And the new arrival: Francesca (Frankie)

I like all the names - especially Francesca, but am not too keen on Frankie as a nn. If I had a daughter and named her Francesca (I'm not so close to this family that it would be weird), I'd want a better potential nn - what other nns for Francesca are there?

I like Philip and Charlotte the most. Matthew and Andrew are nice too. I don't like Thomas and Francesca. But overall, it's a beautiful sibset.

My cousin is Francesca and everyone calls her Frannie but me. I call her Frankie.

I like Charlotte, Thomas, and Francesca. I'm okay with Andrew. I really don't like Matthew and I hate Phillip.

Nicknames for Francesca:
Chessy/Chessie and Cesca/Chesca/Cheska.

my second/third/something-cousin is named francesca and she goes by cessa (pronounced as chessa). i don't like it; i'd prefer fran or frannie.

Fran maybe?

I think all the names are pretty boring -except francesca- but there is nothing wrong with them just NMS.

I definitely don't think Francesca fits the sibset.

Seeing Thom spelled that way makes me giggle.

I attended high school with a Thomas who went by Thom. He also jokingly pronounced the 'th' as in 'thumb.'

Although none of the names are my style, I actually think they all fit nicely together as a sibling set. The girl names compliment each other and the boy names compliment each other, and I think they all sound nice together.

I know two people named Francesca - one goes by Franny, the other by Francie.

boys are all named after desciples! I like the names, the go well together. Not really a fan on Francesca though.

A friend of mine's little sister is named Francesca, they call her Shy a lot, though I think they spell it Chi if they ever write it out.

Pretty good sibset, though none of the names are ones I'd use. I like Charlotte best.
Personally, I like Frankie as a nickname, but hate the name Francesca. There's Fran/Franny/Francie, but I hate all of those, too. =/

I like this sibset, although I'm not too fond of Matthew or Francesca.
I like Frankie as a nn, but other ones would probably be Fran/Franny/Chessy.

The only Francesca I ever knew went by Chessa.

Francesca is such a pretty name, it's a shame they're using something like Frankie as a nickname.

I don't care for Francesca. Not terrible, just not my taste. And it doesn't really go with the other names, if the parents care about that sort of thing. All in all, not too bad. That's a lot of kids though. :-)

I love Frankie on a girl. I know a few Francescas, all of whom refuse to be called Fran. One of them sometimes goes by Cesca, but it's one of those names where people don't seem to mind keeping it long.

You know, I've never known a Francesca who had a nickname. I know a few "Fran"s, but all of them are "Frances".

Actually, I don't particularly care for Francesca, but I like Frankie. I like all the other names in this sibset except perhaps Phil.

Other nns for Francesca: Frances, Fran, Franny, Chestnut (I know if someone gave me a baby named Francesca I would definitely call her Chestnut), Anne/Anna/Annie etc, Francie, Cesca.

I love girl names where the nickname is a boy's name! that seems to be the point with this family. :)

Overall I think it's a great sib-set. My favorites are Charlotte and Francesca, but I also like Andrew and Thomas a lot.

Fran, Franny, Cece?
