My due date is in five days and still no definite name for the little one. These are a couple we came up with in the last week or so:

Colbie
Cameron
Paige
Daniella

Colbie and Cameron are terrible, especially for a girl, but terrible in general.
Paige is not bad, if you can past the "book page" association.
I like Daniella best out of these, I'm just not sure if the spelling is legit, I've always wondered, because it's Daniela in Italian, but Daniella might be legit in Spanish?

I'm pretty sure the spelling is Daniela in Spanish as well. Daniella would change the pronunciation.

Do you know it's going to be a girl? I was curious because i LOVE Colby (not really seen it with the ie, but i love it that way too :) ), but i've never seen it on a girl.

I like Colby and Cameron for a boy. They are cute. I know people who have named their little boy these names. Paige and daniella. Is okay, but I personally don't like them. That's why we live in the land of the free with the freedom to name our children what we want. As far as the spelling of it, I am really partial to spelling names in unusual ways. I feel it makes the name more original. I spell my son's name Jeremi. Just be prepared to never have others spell it right and never being able to find it on the prepersonalized things you find in the store.

I like them all except daniella.

Of these, I think I like Daniella best, although I prefer Danielle. Paige is pretty good too. I love Cameron but only on a boy, and I don't like Colbie/Colby.

I like Paige best, too. Colbie might be OK but not great - better as Colby on a boy. I've never like Danielle/Daniela and I hate Cameron all around.

Are these all for a girl? My profile separated Colbie and Cameron from Paige and Daniella, so at first I thought it was a list of two boy's and two girl's...

I do prefer Colbie and Cameron on boys, though I'm not fond of the former in general. If this is for a girl, I'm going with Paige. I used to love the name in middle school- when I met my very first Paige (I'd never heard it before then). I don't like Daniella, because I've always hated the name Danielle.

I really like Paige; I have good associations with that name, so that might be part of it! But I think it's lovely.

Like many of the others, I think Colbie and Cameron work better on boys (though of the two, I prefer Cameron, for either sex. Colbie = cheese). I like Paige the best; it's cute and modern and will age well. Daniella's not a bad name but has a bit of an 80s vibe to me.

Paige is my middle name. I like it. :) I also like Daniella; I've taught a lot of Danielles, but I have a Daniella for the first time this semester. It's a pretty name.

I think Colby/Colbie can go either way - I've known both males and females with the name.
