I like both pretty equally. But knowing the significance and/or the last name would break the tie.

There is no significance. I'm trying to figure out a middle name for myself cause I think they both sound ok with Andrew. My last name is Watson and it is pretty hard to decide cause they both go well imo.

Oh okay, then in that case I'd pick Andrew Paul. I think they both sound great with Watson(which is a KICKASS last name btw) but Paul is a little punchier :)

I like both names a lot. For personal reasons, I like Paul better than Thomas, but I think it depends on what your last name is. If your last name has one syllable -- Smith, for example -- then I think Andrew Thomas Smith sounds better than Andrew Paul Smith, which sounds kind of choppy. If your last name has two or more syllables, though -- Williamson, for example -- then I think Andrew Paul Williamson sounds better, because it varies the number of syllables in the full name. They flow better that way.
