There's a girl at my daughter's daycare named Neveah. Um, if you're gonna name your kid that awful name, at LEAST please spell it right. Neveah is NOT Heaven backwards. It's Haeven and that is not a word. Heaven is. Or Haven is. Not Haeven.

It's interesting, because I think this incorrect spelling actually makes me say the name Nuh-VE-uh more than the "correct" spelling does, even though it's wrong. I say Nevaeh "Nay-vah" for some reason.

Maybe that's why they did it. But it is LAME-O.

yeah, it seems like a more proper spelling. -eah makes more sense than -aeh.

but it still doesn't change the fact the spelled it wrong when it's spelled that way for a specific reason! :P

i don't know about you, but before i pick a potential name for a kid, i spell it backwards and make sure it doesn't spell something obscene or negative. she should've quickly figured out her mistake.

omg that is sad. and the thing is, everyone who names their daughter Nevaeh proudly says "her name is Nevaeh, it's heaven spelled backwards!" sooooo i think you should ask her mother (very innocently) where she came up with that "pretty" name for her daughter and see what she says!

Lol I have always had trouble with Michael. But I know there is only one way to spell it and if I am confused I look it up. Because I might be dumb, but at least I know it. :)
