Daydreaming and Spanish Names

Hi everyone!

I spent the day with my extended family and played with babies the whole time. I couldn't help but let my mind wander to the time when I will bring my own kid(s) to family gatherings. 
I'm (hopefully/ likely/ planning on) moving back to Spain in 11 months, and I'd like to stay there for good this time. This obviously makes me realize that English names are a no-go for my kids if I end up marrying and becoming a mother there.

I've had a Spanish list for a few years already but just added a few and took a few off. I have Catalan and Basque lists as well 'just in case' (does that make me sound crazy?), and a couple Galician names I like.

WDYT of these (the child would hopefully be living in Spain, with his Canadian-by-birth mother and his likely-Spanish father):

Feliciano "Feli"
Gonzalo "Gonza"

I like Javier, Julián and Sebastián out of your list.

I don't like "Sebas" as a nickname, though. It sounds unfinished, for some reason. I prefer Seb, Bas or Bastian as nicknames.

I think Sebas looks unfinished when you look at it from an English perspective (or when you say it in English. suh-BAS sounds weird, but "SEH-bas" sounds so much better. I heard it in a movie last year.

I LOVE Rafa, but when I said "Rafael" outloud making this list, it just felt like a 'no' so I dropped it. If I could get away with just naming my kid Rafa, I'd keep it in mind, but I'm pretty sure there's a law against that, haha.

I hate Sebas as a nn for Sebastián. I took 6 years of Spanish, so I know it wouldn't be pronounced this way, but all I see is "sea bass".

I think Javier Sebastián is probably the best combo of the names you've listed, but I actually like all of the names besides Gonzalo.
