Anna - i like it in a classic kind of way, but i don't think i'd use it... maybe as a middle name though.
Cara (car-uh) - don't really like it (which is sort of hypocritical since it rhymes with my name, but then again i pronounce my name differently than how you are showing it)
Chloe - not a big fan
Elisabeth (nn: Ella) - i like the nn, but i prefer the 'z' spelling of Elizabeth
Felicity - LOVE
Julia - this name works so well on certain people
Kaelyn (Kay-lyn) - don't like
Lara - no
Meredith - nah
Nora - eh
Boys:
Austin - it's all right
Andrew - eh
Benjamin - love it
Cole - no

Felicity is great isnt it. It will probably be a middle name bc my fiance hates it but I put it on the list anywyas :)
Julia will be one of those names that will always be on the list but will only be used if I see mydaughter and i think Julia :)

Cara - Like it, but I like it better Kara.
Chloe - it's OK, but I don't really like it
Elisabeth - LOVE this, especially spelled with an s instead of a z. I like Ella as a nn, too.
Felicity - don't like it, but I don't really have a reason.
Julia - LOVE this name.
Kaelyn - it's OK, but it looks/sounds like you just forgot the t, and it also looks like the type of name that could become quite trendy in the near future.
Lara - I LOVE THIS NAME!!!
Meredith - Like it, but don't love it.
Nora - Love it. :)
Austin - ugh, I hate this name and it seems like everyone and their brother is naming their son Austin lately.
Andrew - Like it, but doesn't really do anything for me.
Benjamin - LOVE it.
Cole - Like it, but I think I like it better as a nn for Nicholas or Colby or something. It seems sort of unfinished to me.
Jacob - LOVE it.
Keagan - see Austin.
Luke - LOVE!!!!111!!!ONE!!! Haha, this is #2 on my list of boys' names, so maybe I'm a little biased.
Nathaniel (Nate) - Love it.
Noah - I LOVE this name. I doubt I'll ever use it, but it's battling with a few others for my #4 spot.
Owen - I have a friend with this as his last name, so I've always seen it as a last name. I hate it as a fn.
Patrick - LOVE it.
Some mn ideas:
Julia Elisabeth
Nora Elisabeth
Lara Elisabeth
Noah Patrick
Noah Andrew
Luke Andrew
Luke Jacob
Jacob Andrew
Jacob Austin
Nathaniel Cole

Anna
Cara
Elisabeth (Ella)
Julia
Austin
Andrew
Benjamin
Jacob
Luke
Noah
Owen
Chloe's always seemed like it should be a nickname or something to me, and the one Kaelyn that I knew gave negative connotations to the name. I also prefer Lara as Laura, and I prefer Nathan to Nathaniel (without the Nate nickname - all the Nathans I've known have been better than the Nates), but, over all, I like your list!

I stabbity-stab Keagan with a vengence.

Anna ~timeless and beautiful.
Cara (car-uh) ~love it, the only drawback is the pronunciation factor.
Chloe ~lovely but overused right now.
Elisabeth (nn: Ella) ~timeless, no matter how you spell it.
Felicity ~love it but a bit trendy.
Julia ~popular but a gorgeous classic nonetheless.
Kaelyn (Kay-lyn) ~trendy, I don't like it.
Lara ~how is it pronounced? Spell it Laura and I like it.
Meredith ~okay, but it doesn't ring my bell.
Nora ~love it. It's old fashioned and sassy at the same time.
Austin ~trendy.
Andrew ~I've never cared for this name.
Benjamin ~popular but I still love it. Reminds me of The Graduate with Dustin Hoffman.
Cole ~love it.
Jacob ~way too overused.
Keagan ~trendy.
Luke ~okay but overused.
Nathaniel (Nate) ~love the name Nate.
Noah ~overused.
Owen ~not a fan.
Patrick ~never been a fan of this name.

I like most of your names. Owen seems better as a MN to me. For some reason, Keagan seems more like a girl's name.
Not really a fan of Elisabeth or Meredith though. LOVE Kaelyn and Felicity, Patrick and Cole

Anna - I like this. I think it's a classic, timeless name.
Cara (car-uh) - I can't decide. I kind of like it, but knew such a horrid girl with the name. plus I prefer it prn. Care-uh
Chloe - like it, becoming popular though.
Elisabeth (nn: Ella) - I like Ella, but Elisabeth is a bit average to me...
Felicity - I LOVE this. it's one of my new top possibilities for girls names.
Julia - it's ok
Kaelyn (Kay-lyn) - meh. might as well use Katelyn...
Lara - I like this one a lot.
Meredith - love it. one of my top mn choices
Nora - another one of my new faves
Boys:
Austin - this is on of my guilty pleasure names, so yeah I like it.
Andrew - it's ok
Benjamin - I like this but w/Ben as a nn, NOT Benji
Cole - this name is growing on me too
Jacob - I like it but it's WAY popular
Keagan - I'm wishy washy about this one
Luke - love it, wish I could use it
Nathaniel (Nate) - I like this name. I knew a kid w/it growing up & he went by Than as his nn. I always liked it & it seems like this should be the automatic nn for this name to me now.
Noah - LOVE it. dh won't let me use it...
Owen - so so for me
Patrick - it's ok

Cara I like it pronounced this way. It's not my absolute favourite name ever, but it's very pretty.
Chloe A little too cutesy for me. It feels trendy, too, but there's nothing wrong with the name itself.
Elisabeth I love Elisabeth; I prefer Ellie over Ella for a nickname, but Ella is pretty too.
Felicity Lovely.
Julia Lovely as well.
Kaelyn I don't like it at all. I'm not sure why, though.
Lara It's pretty, but I knew the most horrible Lara once. Now I can't hear the name without thinking about her.
Meredith Lovely.
Nora Also one of my favourites.
Austin Austin feels trendy to me, though there's nothing wrong with it. It's not my style, but not bad.
Andrew Something about the 'drew' sound always bothered me--it's a bit harsh to me. It's not a name I like, but again, it's not bad, either.
Benjamin I like it.
Cole I like it.
Jacob My dad's name. I think it's so classy and just great. Love it.
Keagan Really not my style. I don't like it so much because of the K and G together. They're strong sounds.
Luke Love it.
Nathaniel LOVE it.
Noah I like it.
Owen Like it.
Patrick Like it.
Good list!
