Can I ask your opinions on two names? I'm someone who always wanted normal names for my kids, but I'm stuck on two names right now that are a bit out of the norm.

Last name is Whittaker.

For a boy: Jareth

For a girl: Tuesday

Jareth was jokingly suggested by a friend, but when I saw it written out, I liked it, and so did my husband. I KNOW it's the name of David Bowie's character in Labyrinth. But, it looked close enough to Jared that I thought we might get away with it.

Tuesday is a name that my husband ALWAYS wanted for a baby girl. He didn't use it for his first daughter, and initially I was against it because I just assumed she'd be teased, but now, I'm actually really starting to like it.

So, thoughts, please. I'd like to know if I'm being totally nuts and unfair to my future child. (We find out in 4 weeks if it's a boy or girl).

That being said, I know I'm going to love this baby no matter what you name him or her, and the name will fit. :)

I just wanted to know if I was crazy with these two names. Most everyone doesn't like Jareth, and likes/loves Tuesday, which is completely the opposite of what I thought! :)

I swear, picking out names was the hardest part of expecting. There were emotional things that hurt more, but the name was the hardest choices to make.
